Financed Employee PC-Private Plan™ (FEPPP™ )

What is it?

*Pricing & Availability

The Financed Employee PC-Private Plan™ is a Personal Computer project initiated by Efronix N.V. and Telelease N.V.. Efronix is an ICT total solutions company established in 1986 serving the consumer, small office & medium business market. Telelease is a company within the UTS group that renders financial services to the ICT sector. For the last 7 years Efronix and TeleLease have been providing complete ICT solutions through business leasing to the small and medium business sector. FEPPP™ is intended for staff and personnel of locally registered and established companies. The equipment is financed through an Operational Lease which generally provides the lowest monthly payment. The lessor (Telelease) retains ownership of the assets. At the end of the lease (36 months), the lessee can either:
• Upgrade to the latest technology (new lease) and return the old equipment
• Renew your lease at a very low monthly payment (prolongation, 4th Year only)
• Purchase the equipment at a Fair Market Value.

FEPPP is available to employees of registered companies established in Curaçao or Bonaire. Efronix can not be responsible for errors in typography or photography. *Lease

The equipment is financed through an Operational Lease. Lease can not be cancelled within 36 months. OB tax not included in prices. Administration fee of NAf. 2,00 per/month/contract not included. Telelease retains ownership of the equipment. Telelease reserves the right to reject any application to lease.

*Limited Warranty:

How does it work?

Lease includes a 3-Year Dell Parts Only Warranty (Lease or Purchase) on Desktops; 3-Year Dell Parts Only Warranty on Notebooks. 3-Year Hardware Only Tech Support Warranty on Desktops and Notebooks (Depot service only). Does not include replacement for time Notebooks or Desktops are in service.; 1-Year HP-Direct Warranty on Printers, All-in-One or Scanners. HP handles all warranty replacement directly and sends replacement disrectly to customer. Does not include Software support (problems with virus, programs, operating systems, etc.). Software support available at an hourly rate.

Provided that your employer agrees to retain monthly payments and transfer them to TeleLease, employees who want to apply, have to fill out an Application and Order Form which can be downloaded from www.efronix.com/feppp. The completed form can then be submitted by e-mail to feppp@efronix.com. When the closing date has arrived, Efronix sends a list of all applicants and amounts to the personnel department for approval.

The roll of the particpating company.

Your employer will be required to deduct the monthly lease payment from your salary. In order to comply with current law, the company will be required, to check the monthly payment amount with your salary records. The monthly deduction may not exceed or contribute to exceed more than 1/3 (one-thirds) of the gross-salary. If your application is approved, you will receive a lease-contract to be signed by the applicant. Payment deductions start the month after the equipment is confirmed delivered to the employee. The company will be requested to immediately inform Telelease if an employee submits its resignation or is fired. The company may be requested to withhold the remaining balance from the employee in such case, unless an agreement is reached with the new employer of that lessee.

*Home Installation/Data Migration

Customer can either pick-up or have the equipment home delivered within business hours. Installation and/or Data migration services from previous PC is not included, but may be requested at additional fee per hour. Installation available within business hours. Grounded outlet must be available (127V outlet with ground). Installation site must be ready.

*ADSL Internet Service

ADSL Internet Service is provided by UTS. UTS reserves the right to reject any application. Prices and Terms subject to change. UTS makes no guarantee with regards to availability of ADSL in your area. Total deployment for most areas has been completed. For information about ADSL, visit www.efronix.com/adsl.

Why FEPPP?

Companies benefit from employees that have up-to-date Information Technology at home. They have more time to learn current and newer applications at home and stay up to date on the latest through a fast internet connection. Efficiency is thereby greatly improved in the workplace.
In the past, some companies would finance their own pc-private projects, or employees could apply for a loan with a local bank.
While many employees are still paying their 3-year loan at the bank, they are encountered with additional payments after their 1-year warranty expires. Breakdowns occur, and the owner finds itself spending more money on replace-ment parts and labor hours to have them replaced.
FEPPP includes a full 3-Year Parts and Hardware Support Warranty on Desktops and Notebooks. This guarantees that the user, can forecast minimum cost on maintaining the computer in working condition for the term of the lease. Software or Tech support (for instance to solve software problems) is not included, but available at an affordable fee per hour.
