	Company Profile
	Efronix, Inc. was established November 14, 1986 with the aim to service the Graphic Design & Publishing industry with specially tailored Information Technology Systems. Over the years Efronix Publishing Systems installed IT Equipment and Local Area Networks at the majority of Newspaper Publishers in Curaçao, Aruba and Bonaire, Graphic Design Companies, Independent Graphic Designers, Commercial Printshops and Corporate Publication Departments. This division also cordinated and executed the production and composition of the Curaçao Telephone Directory from 1992 to 1997.
	In 1996 Efronix expanded services towards other horizontal markets, besides the Graphic Industry. As a Systems Integrator of Design and Editorial Networks the ICT Equipment and Design Infrastructures for this market did not differentiate from mainstream Data Networks for Administrative and General use. Mostly the Design and Publishing Industry required more capacity and processing power and a specialized knowledge of the installation, deployment and integration of special design, composition and editorial software. The expansion ofcourse evolved into even more Information and Communication Technlogy, ranging from single Computers to Data Networks of many Computers running multiple Server platforms like Novell and Microsoft. Deployment of Exchange Servers, SQL Servers, Proxy Servers, Routers, Firewall's, VPN Networks, became part of the new Support Services offered.       As a 3Com Focus Partner we design complete data networks and sell and deploy the necessary 3Com equipment. We integrate LAN based Telephone Systems from 3Com using Voice-over-IP (VoIP) technology into networks and deliver Corporate and Enterprise Virus Protection Solutions as an Authorized Symantec Software Partner.

	Efronix services extend anywhere from the repair and service of Personal Computers and Printers to the installation and support of Small Office/Home Office(SOHO) to Medium-size networks, based on Novell Netware or Microsoft Windows Server. We design and implement data network infrastructures based on 3Com equipment. We design and implemement Symantec Corporate and Enterprise AntiVirus solutions, Vulnerability and Security Management solutions, Comprehensive PC Management solutions for Corporate and Enterprise administration. We offer Internet and e-mail solutions with Microsoft Exchange Server and Internet Information Web servers. Connectitvity to the internet by 56KB Modem, ISDN, Leased line, or wireless internet can also be installed.
	Financing Options
	In a unique co-operation with TeleLease N.V., Efronix offers Leasing facilities to Business Customers. TeleLease is a company within the UTS Group. Through their close co-operation with the BCS division of UTS and their current customers, they have succeeded in creating a broad range of financial services. Business leasing of Information and Communication Technology Hardware, Software and Support is now also available through Efronix. Efronix can lease customers IT equipment based on a 36 months term. This includes, but is not limited to, Computer Equipment, Servers and related peripherals like Printers, Scanners, Hubs, Switches, Routers, Software, Data Networks, etc. etc.
